How do I pack my Sky Q box for return?

When I move do I take my Sky box with me?

Will your customer keep their recordings when moving from Sky+ to a Sky Q box?
If you have, or can pick up, an old DVD recorder or hard drive DVD recorder you can transfer the the recordings either onto th3 hard drive or a blank DVD. The old Sky+ and Sky+HD boxes have a SCART out socket, so it's relatively easy to do. Once you switch to Sky Q you'll lose access to any recordings.
How do I remove from my Sky package?
In the app go TV > Change what you watch > Select the pack you want to remove > click remove > checkout. Your future bills update pretty much immediately.
